Hello from the 4 corners area. Chinle, AZ to be exact or Canyon De Chelly.
Thought Id join a forum to start posting pics of my new project. I grew up around jeeps and have always wanted to modify vehicles. My father started a jeep tour company in Canyon De Chelly, AZ so i was the one cleaning, fixing, repairing, and etc. But enough of work lets get to the vehicles i'm working on. I got my first JK in March 2014, it was a used 2011 sport 4-door, it caught my eye because of the 6-speed trans. The jeeps previous owner must have not known how to shift to reverse or to 6, as i got to speed their was a grind from 5th to 6th. Thankfully under warranty i was covered. I had to wait 6 weeks for the fix and still with a leak from them trans side of the bell housing. Me being eager to modify and drive the jeep i figured no worries i'll take care of it myself. Long story short. The Jeeps lifted 4" running 35" tires and using a sprintex supercharger and seal was replaced in a day.
I"m currently working on a 07 JK that the previous owner had the intension of driving it tell the wheels come off. My next post will be about the things i'm replacing and making correct.
