Default First jeep; new guy from atlanta

Hey guys, just saying hi. Went frOm a 2006 frontier which I loved, to a 2010 tacoma Trd which is Overrated, and now to my 2010 jeep sport. It's not even wagm out yet and in less than 800 miles I think this is my favorite vehicle.

Couple of questions:

-when pulling my trailer and motorcycle up hills do I need to leave overdrive off or just click it off as needed while moving?

-I added the oem mopar black steprails, will they hold all my weight (200 lbs)?

I pull a 5x10 trailer, with two MX motorcycles, and as a general rule always turn off overdrive on the transmission when towing anything. In the long run it helps prevent burning up the overdrive drum. Of course the caveat is always make sure you keep your speed down as well!
