Central Washington, new Wrangler
Not at all new to four-wheeling, but have a brand spanking new Wrangler and wow - it's very fun to drive! Outwardly simple, there's a lot to these little rascals. She's got about 500 great miles on her now. Specs are simple: 3.6 V6, 6-speed manual and roll-up windows. Found a good deal on some lightly used aftermarket rims and tires the day after I bought this Jeep.
My list of desired stuff was:
wheels and tires
winch
some sort of limited slip or locking rear diff
racks to carry my canoe, mountain bikes and skis
I don't want to do a lot to her - keeping the Jeep light and right is good with me.
My wonderful wife made sure I got big heavy duty rubber floor mats first thing - and I pulled out the back seat about a half a heartbeat after getting Little Rascal home.
Much newer than anything I'm accustomed to owning - am sure I'll have some questions for the tech-savvy folks here.
Regards, CW
