Welcome to the forum....If you are concerned about the warranty, start out with a small lift. Some examples could be:

1) A TeraFlex 1.5" leveling kit (coil or spacers)
2) 33" tires w/aftermarket rims or the stock moabs w/wheel spacers
3) Aggressive mud terrain tires (stock size 255/75/17)

1) I was thinking of a 2"spacer,
2) with the stock moabs and spacers
3) Goodyear Duratrac tires 265/75/17

Good choices...although TeraFlex advertises their kit being 1.5" it actually raises the front 2" and rear 1". They probably market the 1.5" to compensate for the weight of running aftermarket bumpers. Yup, with 3.21 gears the JK may be sluggish running 33" tires. When I ran 33s on my previous JK that had 3.73 gears it was bearable with the overdrive off but wasn't too happy with it. I couldn't imagine running that with 3.21s, unless you have a manual but you may not use 6th gear too often...

Sorry, I may have spoke to soon. I was referencing if you had the 3.8L engines and 4 speed auto. So you have a 2012. That is a different story then. With the new 3.6 engine and 5 speed auto you should be okay with your tire selection (265/75/17) & possible bearable with 33s....But if you ever upgrade to 33s then 3.73 or 4.10s would be more then enough...Other 2012 owners running with 4.10 gearing have no problems rolling on 35s...
