'13 Wrangler Sport S - First time JEEP owner
I bought a new 2013 JK Sport S last Thursday - I found a great deal online and couldn't pass it up. As mentioned in the title I am a first time Jeep owner (this is also my first 4x4), and I could not be happier. Last night I camped out in Stockton Flats (Lytle Creek) with a few friends (it was a tight squeeze in the 2 door I must admit), and a good time was had by all.
I was actually also looking at the Camaro (I know, totally different type of vehicle), and while that car was a ton of fun to drive, I have zero regrets after experiencing a small bit of the Jeep's capability over the past couple of days. What I find so striking is the on-road manners of the Jeep - I was not expecting it to drive so smoothly. Coupled with the great off road handling, this thing is just sweeeet, I can't stop smiling each time I climb in. Looking forward to a lot of miles and a ton of fun with this beast!

Welcome to the jeep life. It's funny cuz when I was looking to get a new car, I was looking at primarily fast cars and somehow ended up with a Jeep and my god I love it. Wait till you start adding mods to it and driving around topless and doorless, just don't forget to wave to other jeeps

Thanks for the welcome, all! I'm definitely looking forward to doing some mods in the future, so I'll absolutely be referencing this site and asking a lot of questions. I'm blown away by how helpful the Jeep community is with one another, it seems like a pretty awesome group to be a part of
