Default Zone Offroad 3" Lift

I want to put ht tp://zoneoffroad.com/product?ki=39&gr=-1 on my jeep ( 2009 Rubicon 2-Door) I am just curious if i put it in what else i should really replace due to the height difference. I have read that anything over 3 inch will need new drive shafts, but have also read that on jks not to worry unless you og over 4". I want the lift but dont want to have anything breakdown while im out and about id rather do it all right away. What else should i beware of? I appreciate any input.

Thanks,

Maertz

any reason? Ive read alot of reviews on them and they have all been very good except one. I don't want to spend a lot of money on a lift. I go-offroading every now and then on logging roads i don't rock climb but would like a little more clearance for the snow around here. Also will i need any wheel spacers to make this work with my stock tires?

yeah the zone lifts I've seen are junk (poor quality components), you may not want to spend alot but buy quality and you only have to spend once

From FAQ

Q: What are all the components that I will need with a 3" lift?
A: At bare minimum, you should have a set of 3" coils, bump stop extensions, longer shocks, rear brake line extension brackets, new longer rear sway bar links (factory links can be installed up front), adjustable front track bar and rear track bar relocation bracket. Optimally, I would recommend adjustable front upper and lower control arms as well as they will help you set your caster to the appropriate angle it needs to be. Also, if you have a 2-door, adjustable rear upper control arms and a new double cardin U-joint style drive shaft would be highly advisable.

I have the zone 3 inch and haven't had any problems with it. I installed it just over a year ago. Install was simple. For the price and the kind of kit it is I think it is perfect.

I'm no expert, but it looks better than the 2.5 Teraflex kit
Also, Zone is made by BDS and from what I hear BDS is among the best in lifts...

did you get a new drive shaft? i still see varied responses in looking around some people say dont worry about it some say its recommended. also would you guys recommend the sway bar disconnects? i know my jeep has a sway bar disconnect button does that mean i need them? from reading the manual i am getting the impression it only disconnects the front sway bar? does the rear not have one?
