Default Yet another Lift Question.

Just like other people, i have lots of questions, but haven't seen this one. when looking for the right lift, does more pieces mean better?

i have been reading posts in forum, looking at lifts on just about every site i can find, and still have no clue. right now i'm leaning towards TF 3" Elite LCG Long Arm Suspension System, but i don't know if its more than what i would need. but i really don't know what i would need. this is my first jeep, and once complete, if i can ever say complete, i do want to go wheeloften. i'm going to do it right and start off with 37s. Picked the wheels, tires, gears, basically everything else, but the only thing i'm stuck on is the lift. HELP!!

It is a lot to take in. Long arms are really for anything over 4" of lift to get your axle back into factory specs. I'd say just wheel it & keep looking at the show off threads and get ideas from there.

And welcome...I'm from the North Shore.

if you're really planning on running 37's, you really should consider the 4" kit instead. otherwise, the kit you're looking at will get the job done just fine. just make sure you include drive shafts in the laundry list.

If you have any questions about lifts and what's included and what you might need at different lift hights feel free to PM us and pick our brains! We'll be more then happy to help you. Not all the time does more pieces mean a kit is better.
