So I need new tires bad! But don't have much for funds, I want a true 33" tire that is aggressive, there is alot of mud and rock out here, I'm on Vancouver Island British Columbia, was looking at gt radial mt size 305-70 r16 but they only measure 32.6 or so? Any ideas?????

First of all, remember tire sizes are always rounded up to the next whole number. You will find that most "33's" like 33x12.50-16's, 305/70-16's and 285/75-16's are between 32.5 and 33 inches tall.
I'd recommend a quality radial mud terrian tire like the BFG MT KM, Toyo MT, Nitto Trail Grappler, Dick Cepek Mud Country, Pro Comp Xtreme MT, Cooper SST or Mickey Thompson MTZ.

I would love to get the km2 but all those name brand tires are $250 or more each, I've got gt radial mt right now and they work awsome and are very tuff tires but I only got 37,000 km and there at the wear bars

BFG T/A KO's are one of the best all around tire you can buy IMO. They have very good reviews and can be purchased in your size for approx $200 a tire, maybe less.... Discount tire, tirerack and even your local sears sells them....

I have been hearing really good things about hankook mt tires. People are saying they have almost 40,000 and little wear. They also say they are quiet compared to other mt tires. The only bad thing I have heard is in a few cases they are hard to balance. But those reviews were few and far between. As far as price goes they all really run about the same. Big tires are not cheep. Check them out. They look cool too.

My phone did the auto text thing. Not banking tires. I was trying to say hankook. Now people will be looking for banking tires on the Internet. Lol

I know that the "brand name" tires are expensive, but in my experience you usually get what you pay for.

Why not pick up a set of used Rubicon tire/wheel takeoffs? You can usually pick up the set of wheels and tires from someone for less than you'd pay for a new set of tires.
