Default XRC bumper/tire carrier install problems

The problem I'm having is the bumper hits the rear corner of the jeep. I've switched the nut plates to see if this would help but it didn't. I've never had the jeep off road so i know it's not from that. I took it to my mechanic(dealership)and they removed the bumper and reinstalled it with the same conclusion. the driver side is fine just the passenger side. I don't know if maybe the bumper has a defect and is not level or what. anyone else have this problem? if so how did you correct the issue. thanks
