Haha that's awesome! I have 35's on my jku had that has a 2.5 inch lift and I love it. You'll regret going down to 33's bc eventually you'll wanna upgrade to the 35's haha. I debated between 35'a and 33's and I'm so happy I picked 35's. best of luck and that's awesome the shop made a good mistake haha

You will be fine. Just check your pinch seam you may need to trim it. I would recommend it. If yours is a 2011 or 2012 you may want to consider an exhaust spacer (~$50).

I have a 2013 4 door with 35s and a 4" lift. And even with a four inch lift my tires sometime rub on the stock fenders when I'm on the trail, mainly on the rear tires. I also have 3.73 gears with an automatic and it was kind of sluggish until I installed a bully dog tuner. Now I feel like I have plenty of power and my fuel economy went up 3-5 Mpg's which was nice to see

I have not seen a mention of the make or model of the tires installed.

The reason I point this out is that some 35" tires actually measure 33"

Have you measured them?

My 33" BFG AT KO's measure 31"

Regardless if they are 35s with the 2.5 like everyone said he should be fine, and I agree I'd go check and measure to for shits and giggles

Thanks for all the responses. We will definitely keep them. They are ProComp Xtreme AT and the sidewall states 35/12.5/17 so I'm pretty sure they are 35's. The good news is they charged us for 33's!
