Default Wrangler Bolt Torque Specs

Does anyone have or know where to find the torque specs on all of the bolts for the Wranglers? I'm installing a 2" Teraflex leveling kit on Monday and it was recommended by Teraflex to loosen the control arms and track bar while doing the lift, then re-torque them once you have full weight on the wheels again. Plus it never hurts to re-torque everthing after hitting the trails.

Thanks.
