Would i need control arms?

Highest we would go for 35's is Rock Krawler's 3.5" lift.
You will want the adjust-ability of the control arms. 2.5" is the highest you should go with out having adjustable arms or drop brackets. Adjustable arms being the better choice.
This will allow you do dial in your rig properly. Going to the 3.5" height we would start out with this system as a minimum.
JK 3.5 FLEX SYSTEM
If you have aftermarket drive shafts that kit will do great. If you want to try and preserve your factory drive shaft you should really step it up to this kit.
JK 3.5 X FACTOR SYSTEM
We run the X-Factor plus kit, 3-link in the rear, and have nothing but good things to say about it.
