3" is enough lift for 37s, whether it is done with springs or spacers. You'll need at least 2 1/2" extended bumpstops, flat fenders, and trimmed pinch seems.

ok cause i have 35s on there now, and it looks like i can go bigger. it seems like too much work i should just stick with what i got

What he said Also, wheel spacers may not be the best idea. Since they only give you 4.75" BS, you may want to look into aftermarket wheels with a little less backspacing. Not mandatory, but it would prevent additional rubbing.

Unless you REALLY want to run 37's, stick with 35's. They can cause a lot of headache and you have to be willing to add/upgrade components to properly run them.
