Sorry for responding to this thread so late in the game but... YES!!!!!
I bought my '08 JK Rubicon last year (February), they came with BFG KM2s that were already around 50% worn. By the following summer, I had shimmy/wobble when accelerating and I chased it with multiple attempts to fix it (new track bar, rotating tires, check over all bolts, blah blah). Finally fixed it by replacing the worn out tires with new ones.

My 35's measure out fine.
Tech blames my 8" wheels saying they are too narrow.
3 out of 5 are noticeably wobbly on the balancer.
Honestly if I were to do it again. I would have gone with a 16 or 17" wheel for less sidewall.

I suppose that could be a factor but I still suspect they are just flimsy all around. Sucks too because its a really cool looking tire

I got the same thing exept for 60 mph. I put my 2.5 teraflex bob lift installed (did it myself) and the moment you hit 60 it was like a earthquake. Took it my friends shop yesterday ad they aligned it and it's still there but a world better then what it was, I'm scared to mess with any of it now bc they tuned it half ass or whatever but they told me to get a steering stabilizer but like Iv Hurd that just covers the problem up?
