Just last week I started getting a really bad shake that only occurred at 40-45 mph. Had tires balanced again, and it was still there. Long story short both tie rods were shot. After I replaced them the shake was gone.

Cool! I checked my tie rod and it was tight no loose or unnessisary movement!

Get some one to turn the steering wheel back and forth while your under the jeep. Inspect all joints. You can actually hear, feel and see where the draglink is bad and you'll be able to tell if your tierod is bad to!

Also my tires are very worn and there all worn unevenly. Will that cause this?
Sorry for responding to this thread so late in the game but... YES!!!!!

I bought my '08 JK Rubicon last year (February), they came with BFG KM2s that were already around 50% worn. By the following summer, I had shimmy/wobble when accelerating and I chased it with multiple attempts to fix it (new track bar, rotating tires, check over all bolts, blah blah). Finally fixed it by replacing the worn out tires with new ones.
