Default Wiring options for third brake light on a swing-away tire carrier?

Just installed a Smittybilt rear bumper with the swing-away tire carrier on my 2011 JK Unlimited. Smittybilt didn't include any info on how best to re-route the wire to the third brake light.

Now that the brake light is on the swing away, it seems the brake wire needs to be re-routed.

Any thoughts on how best to do this?

Thanks!

When I did the swing-out carrier for my 35s I turned it into a major production. Not only was the brake light relocated, I also moved the license plate and added a backup camera.
