Have heard and experienced a windshield light bar and a soft top on a friends jeep was wondering if anyone had a successful combo yet. Really interested in the radiance series from rigid but seems like soft top and a light bar are a no go.

If your concern is about your soft top that might flap at highway speeds, adding a Wade wind deflector can help. I also heard that using a bracket to move the light bar forward can solve the flapping problem.

Mine is great, however, I have had to put a good bit of effort into minimizing the noise.

I think the trick is to mount the light as low as possible and as close to the windshield as possible. This will force the air over the light instead of going under and creating buffeting of the top.

My combo is a VisionX light and Poison Spyder mount.
