My Warn 9.5ti has been exposed to Michigan salt for four and a half years. It still works fine and the paint still looks new. I thought about a cover but figure water mixed with road salt will get up under it and sit there, take longer to dry and causing more problems than it is worth.

Not a fan of covering things that sit outside because moisture, often in the form of condensation, will get up under there anyway. Too many wild temperature swings in Michigan during both summer and winter cause moisture to form and it dries out better in the air and sun.
