Is there a way to mount a winch on the stock bumper? That doesnt look like crap. thanks.

Yes

That doesnt look like crap.
That is debateable.


Several companies make the winch plates, and I have read that some people just use the universal one from Harbor Freight.

I mounted my Warn 8274 on my stock bumper with the Warn plate specifically designed for the stock bumper. Looks and works great. 0 issues.

I had a winch mounted inside my stock bumper for a while before i bought my stubby bumper... I thought it looked alright.

Did you do it or is there a kit? Is it something I could do with limited tools and mech abilities. I mean I'm bright but I usually dont even change my own oil.

Hmm.... I don't think mine looks like crap.... but it does get crap on it a lot


I used the Rough Country winch mount and the SUPERWINCH EPI 9.0S
