9500 to 10k will be about right for your rig.

I like to point out that not all recoveries are self-recoveries. Not in OP's case, but you may have a two door pulling out a very heavy two door expedition rig. 9-10K is a good size for JKs in general unless you make a habit of running with the really big expedition rigs ...

Default Winch

Another thing to keep in mind is also the LINE PULL
I have a 10,500# Milemarker winch
It will only exert the maximum pull for the first layer of cable on the drum. Each successive layer decreases the LINE PULL and increases the LINE SPEED
Here is a chart I found for my winch:

Layer
1
2
3
4

Line Speed
6.42FPM
7.3FPM
8.42FPM
9.75FPM

Rated Pull
10,500lbs
8,500lbs
7,400lbs
6,400lbs

Don't forget to have a turning block in your gear so that you can double the LINE PULL while reducing the LINE SPEED.

The bottom line is, that with the right rigging, even an #8000 winch has the capacity to pull your Jeep out of most situations.

With a curb weight of 4100 lbs, 1900 lbs is a lot to add in just bumpers, etc. did you weigh it?

Its really not though. Usually weight manufacturers give you is a dry weight meaning no fluids. Add 200 lbs of fluids then add 200-300 of bumpers and 100 pounds of winch. Then throw on addition 300-500lbs of 35-37"x5 tires and 1-4 passengers and some supplies and you can see how it adds up quick
