Default Winch security

Installed my new winch in the stock bumper, right side up, over the weekend. Now I understand someone could walk up and disengage the clutch and pull my synthetic line off the winch. Anyone know how to prevent this?

This is the most promising that I have found for winch security.

Factor 55 Winch Lock

They are bolts for the winch that are built like wheel security locks. Hope that helps.

Disregard my previous. I thought you were talking about the winch itself. My bad.

Being serious Just take it to your local welding shop have them put some tack welds on the bolts. The winch jackers will have to use a grinder or cutting wheel to get it off and by then if you will hear that and then you can use the other part of my winch security kit

For the line you can Lock the clutch lever with a cable to the bumper. Your going to have to have it made at a shop that has a cable swedger to make it so they can't just slip it off the lever.

Also they would have to have the right size allen wrench on them. Mine is a pain in the Arse to get off since the clearance is almost 0. but I have a winch bumper so its a little bit harder to get in there.
