Default Winch install on AEV bumper..help!

I have a 2012 JKU Rubicon - MW3 edition. Anyone have experience installing a winch on this model? I keep reading I need a winch mounting plate and a fairlead mount because it's the AEV bumper, but the build sheet only says "MDFP MOPAR Winch-Ready HD Bumper". Help!

It's ready for the AEV winch mounting plate and Fairlead of your choice. Kinda like a radio is "satellite ready". Need the sat tuner, antenna, cables, etc. there is more to it than just popping it into the bumper.

What crusader posted was the exact correct thing. That is what I ordered, just be careful of what winch you buy, not all fit in the bumper, nothing with internal solenoids will fit.
