You may need something to mount the fairlead to the bumper if you haven't addressed that.

the best way to wire it up is with a warn power interrupt kit. u can order it from dave at northridge4x4. i dont think its on their webpage but he has em. this kit allows u to turn power on and off to the winch so it doesnt always have power to it. its a safe way to do it. if u have an spod it can be wired to one of the switches as well. if u bought a zeon u are not cheap so this kit may be exactly what u are looking for. i have a zeon and brawler lite as well and will be wiring it with this kit on saturday be sure to check clearance on your bumper cuz some bumpers require additional spacing with this winch. mine fit but its super close.

Is this Warn Power Interrupter Kit able to handle the high amperage loads of a winch? Every description states that it is used only for accessories, and never mentions a winch. Have you heard about those under hood fires...?

it is designed for this type of use. it is listed under "winch accessories" on the warn site. the fires from winches are caused by the wiring rubbing through and arcing due to the constant power being supplied directly from the battery. using this interrupt kit is much safer than wiring directly to the battery because you can turn power on to the winch only when it is needed.

Can that kit be used for a winch other than a Warn? I've got an Engo coming in sometime and that wouldn't be a bad thing to have....

definately. it hooks to the positive and neg terminals on your battery. then u run the cables from the winch to it. it has a wired switch to operate it. this switch can be eliminated if have already have a switch panel like an spod. basically, when u need your winch flip the switch and plug in your winch control as usual, when ur done, flip the switch. it is basically a safety feature for the winch.
