Will tires and wheels fit my JK?
I have a 2007 4 door Sahara with 255/70/18 Bridgestone AT tires and am looking soon to get 18" KMC XD Monsters with 285/65/18 Nitto Trail Graplers. A friend of mine says the new set will fit without rubbing but I wanted to ask JK owners out there if this is accurate. My Jeep is not lifted and I don't plan on lifting her. I drive daily on the highway and most likely will not be offroading. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do the rims have the right bolt pattern? And what is the backspacing on them?

That site you provided is very informative, thx if you're asking bout my current rims they have 5 bolts. The lug pattern on the monsters are 12 mm 6X135..backspacing on em is 5"..did I answer correctly? Please forgive my lack of knowledge, these kinds of things just aren't my strong suit

5x5 or 5x1.27mm (same thing) is what you need.
You may be able to find some spacer/converters that would let you run those rims, but then you would have to look at the total backspacing. Rim BS is 5", spacer is 1.5", total BS is 3.5" That might be needed for 40+ inch tires, but totally un-needed with 33's.
You are better off just passing on those and finding some that will fit without the need for converters or unacceptable backspacing.
