Will these wheels and tires fit?

Will these wheels and tires fit?
I bought some wheels and tires today and they will be installed mid week. The guru at ORW assured me they would fit on my Jeep.
The tires are 35x12.5x17 KM2. The wheels are Method Double Standard with 4.75 BS. I really like the wheels and have been searching a while.
I have the TF 3" lift with TF adjustable front lowers and rear uppers.
TF instructions say 4.5 BS or less.
Will they fit as the tech advised or am I in for some rubbing?
Thank you!

Here you go .....
Q: What back spacing will I need on my wheels in order to clear 12.50 wide tires?
A: I would recommend that you do not exceed 4.75" of back spacing and even at that, you may still have some minor rubbing up front at a full turn. Also, I would recommend that you do not go any less than 3.75" as anything less would cause your tires to stick out very far past the fender flares. Any back spacing within this range should work out great. PLEASE NOTE: When discussing tire size, DO NOT take into consideration what the "actual size" of the tire is but rather, just what is listed on the sidewall.

Supposing there is minor rubbing, is it the tire hitting the lower control arm? Anything harmful?
Looking to see if anyone has experience with the TF suspension and 35" KM2 with 4.75 BS.
