How much more maintenance is there with lifting your jeep verses leaving it stock, im getting the full traction 3" ultimate on the 6th for a 2007 wrangler 2 door (automatic) if that helps any

I usually grease the grease fittings 2 or 3 times a year... after the lift is on make sure you re torque everything after a 1000 miles and then after 5000 miles.. other than that you don't need to do anything.
Now if you do a lot of wheeling with the newly lifted jeep alignments are key to good on road manners and even tire wear. You only need to do this however when you notice it being out of whack.. you will know, it will track to one side or another or just feel flighty...
Also it is important to make sure everything stays tight! so dont be afraid to check your bolts when you grease or after a big wheeling trip.. there are not too many bolts to check and it only takes a few minutes.
Just like any other vehicle rotating your tires is keep to long tire life.
But other than that nothing is really required...

I think you also have to consider that if you increase your Jeep's ability to go off road, you will take it off road more, and this will cause you to require more maintenance as stuff gets busted more frequently, and in worse ways.
But it's worth it.
