Update: well fellas, I ended up finding a pair of used 35x12.50R17 ran them in front and ran the new KO2s in the rear.. I was originally going to run stock 17" wheel with spidertrax spacers but ended up finding a set of brand new 17x9 pro comp steelies for half the price... I am very happy.. I had been waiting a long time to go back to 35s since my JK was left on bricks last year (had 35 km2s on procomp 15" wheels)

You probably wont have an issue as long as you stick to soft ground and don't go rock crawling or anything. As long as there is some slippage, you shouldn't run into major issues right away but who knows what long term exposure could do. Personally I would get two of the correct size tires but that's just me.
