Bumpstops - not coil spacers. They are inside the front coils, and outside the rear coils. Their job is to stop the axle/tires from moving upward. If you are not trimming the flares or buying flats, you will need to add taller bumpstops. Depending on how much room you have, you may not be able to add enough bumpstop. The upper/lower stops will either be contacting all the time, or they will not be tall enough to stop the tires from ripping the flares off.
And stock rims with 1.25" spacers? Not enough backspace to keep 37's off the frame/ca's/whatever when turning, especially with the suspension compressed. Find the writeup for adding spacers to the steer stops.

If all your running is the 2.5" spacer lift without bumpstops your going to risk really doing some damage with 37s. You can run this but I'm guessing your going to need 3.5-4" bump stops which means you won't have much up travel. Your pinch seams must be trimmed along with your rock rails if you've got them and you can gain some clearance by cutting the fenders. Glad to see you tossed in the 1.25 wheel adapters since you plan on using factory wheels. It can be done with a 2.5 budget boost, but its going to take a little more than what you've proposed.
if you want to run 37s with only the 2.5" budgets boost, look into getting a 1.25 or 1.5" body lift. This combined with proper bumps, wheel spacers and your budget boost will clear those 37s. Next issue is your axles.
