so happy that its not a d35 so if its not as strong at 5:13 (which im going to do when its time for 37's) to re-enforce it should I put some evo gussets on there? what else just to be carfull, and if somthing does go wrong because its not so strong, what should i expect to happen?

With 5.13's in there the pinion is tiny and becomes the weak point in your axle. You don't want the weakest point in your axle to be that far in, you want something that is easy to fix if it breaks. If you are dead set on running 37's and 5.13's start looking for at least a Rubicon 44 front that way the pinion will be bigger.

WOL has posted this before, so I'm sure he'll back me up... if you're going to run 37s expect that you WILL bend/break your d30 axle at some point. You can reinforce it with gussets and sleeves all you want, but most likely it will break. You're better off in the long run investing in a rubi takeoff or ordering a dynatrac 44 or similar. I know plenty of guys who ran 37s on their front d30 for awhile without many problems, but most of them broke it within a year, then spent the $$$ on a new front d44.
I'm running 35s now and I feel like I'm pushing it.

I'm not dead set on 37's and 5:13's, I would be more then happy to go with 35's. Plus the 37's would be in the long run. so im sure in the long run, i will have saved up enough to get the axel swap also.

BUT, if i was only to go with 35's what gearing do you think i should go with?

Well the max gearing for your front d30 would be 5.13 & since you have an auto a lot of people prefer 5.13 over 4.88, which is popular with the manual folks. A lot of auto guys run 5.13s with 35s and are happy with it.
