Default will fixed control arms fit my 4" lift?

hey guys, i have a 4" lift and found some used rubicon control arms online. they appear to be fixed, not adjustable. my guess is that in order to fit a lifted jeep, they would need to be adjustable. am i right or wrong? and any precautions to buying used control arms? thanks in advance.

Some companies do make fixed arms for their lifts. However you are better off with adjustable control arms, then you can dial in your caster.

RE uses Fixed lower ca's along with adj uppers. The fixed lowers are longer (and stronger) than the stock lowers, so yes, they will help with the caster. Adj's would be better, of course, but if they are cheap...

I just re-read your post. Do you mean stock ca's from a rubicon? Or Rubicon Express lowers?

Those are regular stock arms, same that are on your jeep now, so there isn't a point. Plus one looks bent to me

Unless I seriously missed something in the last two years of being on this forum, all control arms from the factory are the same length... regardless of model

Hopefully someone else can either back me up or prove me wrong

You want replacement adjustable control arms, that will help you adjust everything properly, especially with 4inches of lift. Let me see if I can dig up a picture that will help explain the different components of your suspension...
