Default Will a 285/70/R17 fit on the spare tire mount?

I'm swapping the stock Goodyear Wrangler SRA's (255/75/17) on my 07' for Goodyear's Wrangler MT/R Kevlar. I'm moving up to 285/70/17 and I wonder if the fifth tire will fit on the spare tire mount on the back of the jeep. Lil' help??

I have the 305/70r17 MTR's non kevlar and with the stock tire fits on the spare mount. the third brake light just peaks over the tire and the tire pretty much rests on the rear bumper when its closed. I am hoping this will just help take some of the weight off of the tailgate

If you find that the tire doesn't rest against the tailgate bumpstops, you can buy the after-market bumpstops from Daystar. You can cut those to the length you need. Before those came out, some of use were using a piece of radiator hose that slips over the existing bumpstops, but that hose is about as expensive as the Daystar solution.
