Default will 2012 jku coils and shocks fit 2010 2dr sport?

I was thinking of buying some coil and shocks off another member here. He has a 2012 jku, i own a 2010 2 door sport. Will this set up work on my rig? Any change in ride or height? Is this a good idea? Any positive info will help. Thanx

Yes they will. I installed some from a 2012 Rubicon with trailer tow and a hardtop and it raised it 1 7/8". Sorry I don't have they spring numbers.

Thanx for the help. Is it a hard and bumpy ride? Or is it still good?

I think the ride is a lot better. I didn't replace the shocks yet, but I think it is fine. The ride is a little stiffer, but the stock sport springs I think are too soft. I also upgraded the tires and wheels, which made the ride a little rougher. I think it just rides like a Jeep should now.
