Will my electronic disconnecting swaybars still work with the 2.5" Teraflex coil lift?

Yes, but make sure you put the rear swaybar link on the front, and longer links on the back. If you use the short links up front, it may cause the swaybar to flip. The swaybar should be parallel to the ground looking at it from the side.

Got the same lift on mine, it works great!! Just listen to the advice above. Rear Swaybar links moved to front, new longer links (come with the kit) on the rear.
