Default Love It

I've been keeping an eye on the For Sale ads hoping to find a damaged top also. I was planning on trying to turn the rear section into another pair of freedom panels, with some sort of custom mount point on the rear cross member.

The only thing I can figure why DC didn't do that already was it might catch too much wind.

HEY BESTOP... You payin' attention here?

This is by far the funniest post. You got me crackin up with this thing. I think you and I should dismantle our JK's while your wife and my girlfriend stand with their hands over their mouths saying things like, "Oh Lord" "Why" "Hasn't he done enought."

I love your project you're working and thanks for the laugh, I needed it.

is any of the rear part still bolted? If I remember from when i took mine off you won't have any bolts holding it in other than the 2 fronts if you pull the freedom top panels.

Yeah I'm wondering if some fiberglass, etc molded a bit, and perhaps bolting in some straps at the rear and setting up a strap around the sound bar would help (much like the mopar bikini has at the front). With some 'glass or bondo I think you could sand it smooth enough to make it unnoticeable from the outside. Easy for me to say since I don't know how to work real well with either.
