Why best idea for suspension lift to be kept under 2.5" and TF kit?

Same kits, the only difference is the shock setup...


2.5 no shocks/extensions



2.5 with shocks

When I put my TF lift on, I went with the shocks. I prefer the gas shocks that come with the TF kit over the stock hydro shocks. Just my 2 cents

How hard and how long should I consider to take the time to install TF kit myself?
I've done lift kits before with my Yota.

If you have the right tools and someone other than a 13 year old daughter it should take less than 6 hours. W/ daughter 8 hours....

My apologies for the thread jack but to the OP. Do you have a picture of your front bumper? Who makes it?

Also, what rocker guards are those?
