Who's running a lift & 35's on an auto 3.73 geared JK?

I have a diesel auto so this may not help, but I have a 2.5" lift and 35's on my JKU and it runs better than stock, changes down sooner and fuel economy is pretty much the same unless I put my foot down! Best decision I have made yet, plus it fill out the flares and looks in proportion now!

Auto Unlimited 35's, 3.73, Flashpaq going on 2 years without any issues or problems whatsoever. Will be picking up the Ripp SC in a few weeks to help the crappy minivan motor out.

Hey man I had a post almost exactly like this a little over a month ago and got similar responses. I went with heavy ass Toyo 35s on my stock 3.73s. Been running them for a few weeks now. Have done a 6 hour highway road trip holding 75 mph+ and also did some moderate/heavy wheeling in the mountains - both with zero issues. Like other have said, the only time you'll feel it is up long inclines or short steep hills while wheeling. It's very, very livable. All I have to say is GO FOR IT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

My 35's and 3.73 and automatic co-existed together reasonably well for 6 months before I regeared to 4.88's.
I drive like a grandpa so the sluggish acceleration an around town driving performance were not a problem for me. However, when I left the very flat city of Houston to visit the Texas hill country, I was very annoyed by the continual down shifting that occurred on every hill. Also, Gas mileage was low at 12 to 13 in town and 14 to 15 on the highway.

I'm also curious about this.
Anyone with a 2012 running 35's with the 3.73 gears? Maybe the added horse power makes it more livable?
Sick that I'm even asking since I have about 1000 miles on my BFG 33's...
