I have an 08 Rubi with 37" rockers and I beat the snot out of it all the time. instead of sand I run in alot of snow but in the same fashion as sand, fast through frozen lakes/fields and roads with lots of bump jumps and hickups along the way.
I went with BDS as there warranty is awesome and I have only gusseted the axle C's.
My Jeep has 5 years of mud, creeks, rivers, sand, snow, ice, jumps, crashes, recoveries and just plain old off road stupidity and the lift has held up fine.
The lift is awesome so are BDS and the supplyers and I havent had a problem with my axles other than an axle seal that just blew last october and it was covered under warranty.

Do you have pictures of this? I am curious as to what "fell" apart.
