The RE kit uses Johnny Joints, like the Currie Johnny Joint, on one end and "Superflex" rubber bushings at the other. They are completely rebuildable. If they sell it with just adjustable uppers, you will probably be fine with that.

Has anyone heard a price on the Currie kit yet? I like the look of Their control arms. They have Johnny Joints at BOTH ends.

Yes. The Currie suspension sells for $1800.00. That is without shocks - you would still have to buy them yourself. THey recommend the Walker Evans shocks, which are about $200 a pop (up to $300 for the better ones).

I am seriously considering this kit... I was wondering if anyone has experience with Currie products and how they perform, quality, etc...

I say build it right the first time. I new if I went with 35's I would end up wanting 37's so I just went straight there. I don't regret it one bit. I'm happy with my lift and the ride is good.

Hey Redrock, what are you using to mount your tire to the gate? Never mind, I just remembered you have a body lift.

I found this thread during my quest to find pictures of a Jeep with both AEV bumper and Bushwhacker flares. Can you, Snatchpeterman, or anyone post this combination to satisfy my curiosity?
