Northridge is not a brand of gears. They do carry Yukon gears with install kits and David can recommend what you need.

we do not have our own brand of gears what we do have is gears that are direct from the mfg plant in a white box and a smoking deal. And yes of course they are 8620 and out of all the gears we have installed these work awesome.

I have a question that ties into this subject. I'm ready to buy the Northridge parts, but the local installer at Attitude Performance in Arlington Heights, IL said, "I have used gears from Northridge and have not had good luck with them." Attitude's price is $400+ more for Yukon gears, which are the only ones they sell. After inquiring about the high price and comparing to gears available on Quadratec as well, he said, "I wil not install superior or usa alloy gear sets."
I will be calling jeff on tuesday because that is a flat out lie. I have not sold gears to Jeff in Years.

If the gears we are selling so bad tell me why Screaming lizard Customs, Off Road EVo and Northridge use these gears

I got my gears from Northridge, and the installer was commenting on how well these gears were made, no shavings or nuthin after 500 miles when he checked them. They are the Yukons though. Don't see him selling any less quality than he's been selling.

Honestly, I was under the impression that all ring and pinions were made of 8620 steel. Only ones I know that might be different would be something in a Racecar application or you can get them Cryo'ed for more strength. And 90% of all the gears made come from two factories overseas. So doesn't really matter if they are G2, Northridge, Yukon, Superior, etc., they are all made the same, just put them in different boxes.

I agree I am not aware of any gear that is non 8620. There is actually 3 factory's making JK gears and in my opinion there is only one that is making really high quality gears.
