Default Who all has done this?!?!

Was out playing in the snow and got home and found this!! The track bar bracket on the axle broke off!! How hard is it to weld on a new bracket and is there any good upgrade to beef it up?!

Very common problem with the JK and several lift manufacturers make HD replacements.

Dang! Surely you hit something hidden in the snow. I wouldn't think the snow would create enough drag to rip that off. I would definitely replace it with a more heavy duty mount, and weld it up much better than the little spot welds the factory put on there.

It is pretty common with lifted JKs if the mount wasn't beefed up at the time of the lift install.

Yeah I had some pretty good death wobble but I thought it was just from all the snow caked in the wheels! I'm welding the bracket back on today until I can come up with a better fix!

Well welded it back on today and all is well!! Will definently be getting rid of the adapter and buying an adjustable track bar!!
