Got a new bumper on order but Maryland requires a front license plate. The bumper is a Warn Elite and will add a winch but where do you mount the front license plate or do I take a chance that they just won't notice? Any advice?

I've heard of people using rare-earth magnets and 'mounting' it to the roller fairlead. There are also mounting brackets designed to clip on to the fairlead for this purpose.

Thanks. Saw someone else asked the same question this morning.

I use this and have been pretty happy with it.

I have a Warn Elite bumper coming with winch mount. I am planning on buying a winch shortly thereafter

One thing at a time ($$)

Same item I used, never had an issue with it. That would be a good choice for a winch bumper.

I got one of those license plate holders in Autozone and "squeezed" the part of the bracket that attaches to the body (or bumper) between my LoD bumper and the front armor that comes with it. Works perfectly. If it bends I just pull it back. And for $10 or so, it's cheap to replace if needed.

I run the same one as well no issues at all. Easy to pull off for access to the winch.
