I'm looking for at least 2 gerry cans and I can't seem to find anything like the classic style. I guess with all the CARB regulations much has changed.
What are you guys using and where can I get them? I looked at the Rotopax system but that seems a little pricy.
Thanks
Steve
Also, since the new ones don't have NPT what is being done to make a better operating spout?

Where can I buy jerry cans.
I know that Blitz makes a metal jerry can that looks olmost identical to the military style can, it just have a CARB approved spout to satisfy big government. I found them on Amazon for $51 a piece but they are bound to be cheaper somewhere else. Hope that this helps out.

Thanks for the information guys, Il check both of those stores.
Also, since the threads aren't NPT, what solutions were found to rig up a better functioning spout?

A little trick I learned for a spout is get yourself a 2" to 1" swedge. These newer ones are not vented so it takes a little longer but a swedge will never wear out or break.

A swedge is a pipe fitting that has male threads on both ends but they are a different size. The opening on a gerry can is 2" pipe thread. The swedge will sort of bottle neck that opening down to 1".
