You will need taller bumpstops to keep the bracket/trackbar/drag link from contacting the frame. (generally 3" taller +/-). So it depends on actual lift height attained, bumstop height, which specific components you are running, whether you have notched the frame for more clearance, stuff like that.
So I guess it would be a bad idea when you don't have enough lift height and the bumpstops are contacting in normal driving?
