At what height of lift do you need brake-line extensions? 2.5? 3? 4?

I have 3.25 with drop down brackets and I have more than enough play, so I'm guessing closer to 5"

There is two ways to get the break line to reach with a lifted Jeep the less expensive is to use a drop down bracket and the other is to get a longer break line. My 4.5” lift came with a steal braided break line to accommodate the extra length. I’m not sure what the number is but I would think that a lift should come with either a bracket or a line if you will need one after installation.

at 2.5" and with shocks that will accomodate the extra lift, you'll want a set of extensions installed in the rear. at 3.5" or more, you will want to install a set of extension brackets up front and new extended brakelines in the rear. or, extended lines front and rear is probably the better way to go.
