I'm running 37's / 4.10's and an auto. BUT, I have the RIPP SC. So, I can't really compare mine vs a stock engine. I can say that the 37's robbed me of a lot of power. It still feels quicker than a stock engine, however.

Later this summer, when I save some more $$, I'll regear to 5.38's to get my tire-burning acceleration back. Off-road, in 4LO, no problemo. the 4:1 transfer case gives me plenty of torque to tackle anything.

It's just when I want to accelerate to highway speeds that I feel the difference between 37's and 32's.

I wheeled my 37" MT/R Kevlars on stock 4.10 gears with a 6 speed, and slow crawling over technical and more difficult sections of rocky trails was very difficult, because the jeep wouldn't crawl slow enough. Alot of clutch in clutch out rock crawling, riding the brakes to slow it down, etc. not very smooth. Now with the 5.13 gears I can't make my jeep stall, even two footing the brake pedal, the clutch holds and the engine/crawl ratio over powers my brakes. Power to climb steep hills Offroad isn't the issue, it's the ability to crawl really slow. Not an issue if you don't wheel in technical rocky trails. If you do, it's a challenge, and just wasn't fun for me.

Hmmmmmm. I have the 3.8, auto, 4.10 and 37's and live in a somewhat hilly area. I can easily cruise 75 mph. The tranny shifts down on the obvious hills to maintain speed but it isn't a big deal. On the flats or downhill it is fine and turns as 1900 rpm at 75.
I can't imagine yours isn't capable of more than 60 in the flats unless you have other issues.

I can cruise 70-80+ It down shifts a lot with over passes and driving into the wind. Not good for the auto tranny to keep down shifting gears every few mins to maintain speeds. Gearing will help a lot with taking off from a stop and highway driving. What happens when u tow or are loaded down? That would be terrible. I'm not saying daily driving with the 4.10 is impossible but i am not gona run like that for long.

I have an auto with 37" tires. The guy I bought it from told me it had 4.10s but, I'm not sure. I'm turning about 2100 rpm in o/d at 65mph. How can I know for sure my ratio? There is no tags on the diffs. So I'm sure they have been changed.

As stated above if you wheel rocks it is a bad setup. I ran 37 Toyos and 4.10s with my 6 speed (3.8l) for one trip and went to 5.38s. 5.13s would have been fine but I'm looking at 42s. The 4.10s just won't crawl with 37s.
