Wheel tire question please help
Little Help Please Tire question..
I am up for a new set of tires and I am having trouble deciding what to do. I ran a set of Krawlers (37 1250 17) a few years ago but I sold them and have been running a set of 35s on 15 inch ION wheels. My tires are about to need replaced and I am ready to purchase something else. I dont want to run 35s anymore because they have become a bit small to me. I want to run a 37 again but I am not sure if I need to go back to the 17. I was considering going to a 16 and ordering a set of 365 75 16 KM2
They advertise being 37.5 inches tall and about 14.5 wide. I know that BFG runs small so I figure I will get right were I want to be. The draw back is that in order to upgrade my steering (tie rod, high steer) I dont know if it will have enough clearence with the 16 inch wheel. I would be very happy with the tire size but may find myself limited. What do you think?
ALso if you are running a 16 inch wheel or know of any good ones let me know. I will probably have to run at least a 9.5 for that wide of tire. Thanks in advace for the help.
