Wheel & Tire Info Request
Hey guys...I know another thread about tires...I want to know for myself here...
I have a 2012 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara ( Arctic Edition ) Automatic...3.21 gearing...I know have
a Rubicon Express BB lift 2 - 2 1/2 lift...Stock tires are BFG'S M/T - 32" tires...I am NOT gonna
complain about gas mileage here...I get know 19 MPG...From a recent trip to Carlisle - cruise control
on at 75 - 80 PMH / AC on...I WANT 35" tires Procomp / BFG'S with Procomp 7089 wheels...Will i expect
a 2 - 3 MPG loss - top speed also will slow down to 60-65 MPH is this about right...Also guys to get the
right rim is it part Procomp # 7089-7973 this will fit with no problem...
Procomp # LT315/70/17 Extreme MT Tires...
Smittybuilt # 3721 Tire Relocator...
Is this package pretty much o-k here... Thanks a bunch here guys...

Why will your top speed slow down? It may on hills but not under normal freeway driving. As tires get larger your gearing moves more towards hwy friendly (slow off the line, but lower RPMs at speed).
The tires/wheels you reference should be fine. If things rub, just trim your flares...
