depends on the tires. i have only a bb but km2s run small so i dont rub anywhere. i had to remove the factory air dam tho...the big plastic "skid plate" i hit on that. but you should be fine other than the air dam

i just called the local tire shop where i bought my tires and wheels from, they told me that if i run wheel spacers they refuse to warranty my stuff and refuse to ever touch it. i have 100% complete warranty on everything i bought from them...no questions asked...so i think im gonna not do wheel spacers un fortunately

i run 2" spacers and do my own tire rotations so i can re-check torque on adaptors regularly.
I just had my ball joints replaced under warranty and brought the Jeep in with the spacers on and they fully covered everything with no mention of the spacers causing any of the warranty covered issues!
