Default whats up with this noise

i have a unlimited rubi with a R.E. 3.5 super flex lift, which was put on a year ago. i took the jeep out on the beach in obx. i noticed while on the beach it sounded like the shocks and or springs are making a high piched noise. now when i hit a small bump in the road i hear it as well. i can push on the front bumper and it makes the sound from both pass and driver side. the back springs and shocks make no noise.
did i screw up my shocks?

possibilities
sway bar
shock
front control arm bushings or joints
or trackbar joints

I agree with the lack of lubrication somewhere. The super flex joints have to have grease, each had a zerk fitting for this. The best thing is to crawl under while some one else pushes on the jeep and try to isolate where the noise is coming from
