That's good business, David. I think I may well put off a winch and save enough to get one from you. I noticed yall don't mess with any of the chinkese stuff.

Thank you so much for the good advice. You are SOOOO right about the expense of dealing with problems with parts that weigh 80 or more pounds!

I think I WILL get my bumpers and winch from the local place now that I look at it this way.

Warn 9.5ti. Not only is it fast but it works when I want it to and when everyone else wants it to as well.

On a seperate note I've been very happy with Northridge and I live way out in Virginia.

If you buy warn you can pretty much go to any WARN dealer and get it repaired or warrantied all you need is a copy of your original invoice.

It does not matter who you purchase it from .

But if I choose to buy it from YOU, YOU will still handle it, right?

Yes 90% depending on the situation. It is a case by case basis . But we take care of the customers.

I have to tell you, in my experiences with David, limited as they are so far, customer service seems to be his middle name.
Northridge is the first place I will go to for anything I need.

Ok David, I did it, now send me my $5 commercial plug fee.

Default SuperWinch EPI 9

Mine has been used to pull myself out, my friends out and tree stumps out! I sometimes get stuck on purpose just to use the winch what better way to re-spool under load
